We sell Gift Cards worth from £1 to £450

2. How long are Gift Cards valid for?

Our Gift Cards are valid for up to three years from the date of purchase. If there is any balance left on the expiry date, it will be cancelled and can't be used on future purchases.

3. How can I check my Gift Card balance?

If you have an account with us you can check your Gift Card balance quickly and easily by logging into your account and clicking the 'Gift Card' tab, or you can follow this link and click the 'Check Your Balance' button.

4. Where can I use my Gift Card?

You can use your Gift Card in the country you bought it, either on our official online store or in any of our owned stores. To see which stores it can be redeemed in, check our Store Locator and filter by ‘Gift Card’. Please remember that you can only use the Gift Card in the country it was purchased.

5. Can I cancel, change, exchange or return my Gift Card?

As a Gift Card is a payment method it is treated like cash, this means it's not possible to cancel, return or exchange it for money, except in accordance with your legal rights.

6. What can I do if my Gift Card balance isn't enough for my purchase?

You can use more than one Gift Card per order and you can also use another payment method if the balance of your Gift Card(s) isn't quite enough.

7. What happens if I don't use the whole balance in one order?

After you've made your purchase, any remaining balance will be saved for next time as long as you use it before the expiry date.

8. What happens to my Gift Card if I return my order?

Returned items purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to the original Gift Card. If you split the cost across a Gift Card and another payment method, we'll refund the same amounts to the respective methods. For example, if you pay 50 using your Gift Card and 10 using a Credit Card and then return your order, we will refund 50 back to your Gift Card balance and 10 to your Credit Card.

9. What should I do if my Gift Card doesn't work?

If your Gift Card doesn't work, please check the remaining balance by clicking here as well as the expiry date either on the card or your email, depending where you bought it. If everything looks fine and it still won't work, please contact us.

10. Where can I buy a Gift Card?

You can buy a Gift Card either from our official online store or any of our owned stores. Please remember that you can only use the Gift Card in the country it was purchased in.

11. What can I do if I've lost my Gift Card or someone else has used it?

As a Gift Card is a payment method it is treated like cash, we can't replace it if it's lost, stolen, damaged or used by someone else.
